Five Day Tour of Scotland
Day 1. We start our tour with a visit to Oban via the famous Loch Lomond, and then on to Inveraray, home of the Clan Campbell and the Dukes of Argyle. After a visit to the castle, we carry on past Loch Awe, Kilmartin Glen and the ancient Scottish capital, Dalriada. There we will spend time visiting the ancient Stone Rings and historical burial sites. We arrive in time for an evening meal and to watch the sun as it sets in the Western sky.

Day 2. Depart Oban and head North through beautiful Appin and on through Glencoe village arriving in the entertaining town of Fort William. We turn West and head to Glen Finnian and Moidart past where Bonnie Prince Charlie landed to raise the Clans. Our destination is the authentic fishing port of Mallaig where we undertake one of the most famous and romantic crossings in the World, Over The Sea To Skye. We will spend the night in the town of ancient town of Dunvegan.
Day 3. In the morning we depart Skye for the capital of the highlands, Inverness. We then cross the Skye Bridge before visiting Plockton a highland clearance village. Afterwards we will stop for a photographic wonder, the magical Eillan Donan Castle, a truly breathtaking sight. We then travel on past the Five Sisters Of Kintail, a mountain range with a stunning ridge walk, reserved for the very fit only. Our next stop is Loch Ness at Urquhart Castle and your chance to be the first person to see the legendary Loch Ness Monster. Later we will visit Drumnadrochit, all the time your eyes will be busy looking for a sight of “Nessie”. Once we reach the hotel you will be aware that you have completed one of the most stunning drives in the World.

Day 4. Less Driving, More Shopping. We can visit some of Scotland's most famous whisky distilleries, have a round of Golf at Dornoch, sail on the deep and dark Loch Ness or visit the many wonderful gift shops in Inverness. The choice is always yours.

Day 5. We depart Inverness early, heading South through Aviemore, a beautiful highland centre of entertainment. We carry on to the tourist town of Pitlochry, where you will see the famous Salmon Leap and town's renowned Festival theatre. After lunch we continue South to Perth, home of Scone Palace, onwards to Stirling, as we approach we will see the famous castle which sits high on the hill and overlooks Bannockburn and Stirling Bridge where Wallace and Bruce had their famous victories against The Auld Enemy, the English. We will visit the Wallace monument a breathtaking tribute to Braveheart himself. As we end our journey we pass the World Famous Forth road and rail bridges before returning to your starting point.
